PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

SHIPPING TIME
As our products are sourced from international suppliers, please allow the following estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:

- United Kingdom: 7-15 business days
- Europe: 10-20 business days
- Rest of World: 12-25 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, local courier delays, or high demand periods (e.g. holidays).

TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Trove Finds is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at azaididua@gmail.com and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
